I rented a car on abbycar in Chania Airport i paid with Carjet! But when I arrived there was no car for me and no money back!!! Avoid this scam company!

I rent a car from them in Rhodes august 2020 and they scam me big times!
I have Visa gold and Mastercard credit cards but they say that those cards were not working whem they try to make 1250â¬ reserve payment. So solve this "problem" they tell me that they will do 180â¬ and 400â¬ reserve payments. I said ok and then they give me different credit card machine than earlier and the payments went thru.
When I was home I discovered that I didn't get the 180â¬ reserve back. I call them and they said it was an service fee to lower the reserve payment from 1250â¬ to 400â¬.

Returned the car, the lady immediately went over to a very specific spot on the car on got on her hands and knees and advised there was damage. When we picked up the car at 10.30pm with minimal light, we didn't look UNDERNEATH the car, so couldn't prove it wasn't there before. We disputed, lady called over her managed who led me in to an office on my own, and said he could 'put it through his computer and it would cost us £400+ and our premium extra insurance would not cover it e.g. their admin fee was £150 and my insurance would only cover £100'. But i had another option of giving him 50 EUros there and then, and he would write down the car was okay and we would get the extortionate £2000 holding fee I had to pay at the start.
DISGUSTING! DO NOT USE THEM! COWBOYS AND CON MEN!

Chose a car online at Kalamata Airport and selected and pain for excess insurance.
On arriving at the office we were told the insurance was worthless and unless we chose their insurance we would be charged 70 euros for even the tiniest mark plus150 euros admin per mark. We knew we would be scammed on return if we didnt comply so went with his,insurance.
We were neither given nor shown any insurance policy documents, no information about breakdown, no information about where to return the car and not even information about the type of fuel.
We were then shown a car belonging To EUROCAR which apparently is the same companys Abbycar. It had multiple scratches on every panel making it impossible to identify any new marks plus a broken sidelight. The man got very cross when I photographed the damage.
On return the woman from EUROCAR said the problem was because we had booked via an agent and next time to come directly to them. I wonder what the agency I booked with and who got hem the business think about that comment?
