Ho prenotato l’auto con facilità tramite il sito eurocars.ro dove ho constatato l’ampia scelta di auto a noleggio con l’indicazione dei prezzi chiari e trasparenti.
Il ritiro dell’auto direttamente in aeroporto è avvenuto in pochissimo tempo dove ho compilato i documenti x la pratica amministrativa e, dopo aver visionato l’auto insieme all’agente che la carrozzeria non presentava danni, mi è stata consegnata l’auto.
Anche alla riconsegna tutto è avvenuto in breve tempo senza contestazioni o problematiche varie.
Un ringraziamente al Sig. Mircea che ci sempre assistito nelle varie fasi del noleggio.

Mi ha colpito particolarmente l’assistenza telefonica del call center Sig. Mircea sia alla prenotazione che durante il periodo di noleggio .

Serviciile cat si masina au fost EXCELENTE. Cu cea mai mare placere data viitoare
cand mai venim in Romania cu siguranta vom apela la serviciile voastre. Voi

Foarte ,foarte multumita si placut surprinsa de comportamentul soferului..foarte atent
la drum..foarte comunicativ si foarte respectuos.am sa recomand si am sa mai apelez la serviciile Eurocars.

We rented a car 1.5 months ago from Eurocars, as we were travelling from Spain with our 1 year old daughter. We called on the same day our flight was arriving, just to confirm that they had the baby seat prepared in it and they confirmed everything was in order.
What a surprise when 10 minutes after, we received a call from one of their agents telling us that they didn't have any car to give us because the car had had an accident in the morning. The solution they offered was for us to go 400kms from the airport..???? how??? to pick up the replacement car??!?
We were stuck at the airport with a 1 year old baby with no car, had to pay for a taxi to commute and our vacations ruined!! These guys are a fraud, highly NOT recommended to have anything not deal with them!!!
